Pro Soccer Football Agency works with clients officially, in accordance with the Agreement on the representation of interests of the Player / Coach (DOWNLOAD), with the FIFA Regulations on working with intermediaries, the FIFA Regulating governing the activities of Agencies and Agents, as well on the basis of an official mandate from the Player / Coach (DOWNLOAD) or official video confirmation (videomandate) of the Player / Coach with delegation of authority to the football agency to represent the Player / Coach, as well on the basis of other regulations and legal documents.

COOPERATION WITH THE CLUBS AND ACADEMYES, SCOUTS
The Club/Academy, or the official representative of the Club/Academy (Head of Scouting and Selection, Chief Scout, Sports Director or Scout - Official Representative) by sending an application on the website or e-mail info.psfa@gmail.com / agent.psfa@gmail.com, thereby confirms its intention to officially cooperate and has the right to receive a comprehensive package of agency services in within the framework of a partnership on individual terms, which are negotiated with the Club/Academy and then officially formalized by both parties. After signing these documents of the Club/Academy with the Agency, Pro Soccer Football Agency and its employees, official affiliated partners and representatives, have the full right to represent the interests of the club in strictly stipulated and documented conditions of partnership cooperation, and also, as official representatives of the Club/Academy, indicate this information on their official pages in social networks and on the Internet. The list of services rendered by the agency can be found on the page of the agency's website in the "Services for Clubs and Academies". The Agency's services for searching and selecting players and coaches for the Club/Academy, analysis/evaluation of players and coaches are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the club and the official request. All other additional services are negotiated and officially prescribed in the agreement between the Agency and the Club/Academy, including the provision of services on a commercial reimbursable basis.

Pro Soccer Football Agency is always open to partnerships with Agencies and player's, coaches and clubs Agents, with the belief that football is a team sport and that working together on and off the field leads to greater success. Pro Soccer Football Agency is expanding its network of partnerships around the world to open up new markets and opportunities for players, coaches and clubs, working together with its partners. Pro Soccer Football Agency works only with partners who have direct contact with clients, and are also authorized to officially issue a mandate and who can document their rights to clients and authority to cooperate with clubs. Pro Soccer Football Agency is also open to cooperation with Agencies and officially licensed FIFA Agents to provide each other with agency services as part of participation in negotiations and transactions with clubs for a commission based on an official agency agreement on representation (DOWNLOAD) or partnership agreement (DOWNLOAD).
